Getting started

BizStudio turns a few details about your business into finished marketing content — Google posts, website copy, social captions, review replies, emails and ads. Here's the whole flow:

  1. Create an account. Go to Get started, enter your name, email, and a password. We'll email you a 6-digit code — enter it to confirm your email and your account goes live.
  2. Get your free tokens. New accounts start with 35 tokens, and you get 5 more free each day you log in.
  3. Pick a tool from your dashboard. Each card is one type of content.
  4. Fill in the short form — usually your business name and what you want to say.
  5. Hit Generate. Your content appears in a few seconds. Copy it, tweak it, use it.

The very first time you log in, a quick guided walkthrough points out where everything is. You can replay it anytime by visiting the dashboard after it's reset by an admin, or just use this page as your reference.

Account & login

Verifying your email

After signing up we send a 6-digit code to your email. It's valid for 15 minutes. Didn't get it? Check spam, then use the Resend code link on the verification screen.

Logging back in

Use the same email and password at the Log in page. Your history, saved content, and token balance are all waiting for you.

Updating your details

Open Account to change your name or business name. Setting your business name means the tools pre-fill it for you every time.

Tokens

Tokens are the credits you spend to create content. Different tools cost different amounts based on how much they produce:

How you get tokens

  • 35 free the moment you sign up.
  • 5 free every day you log in (up to a cap of 5 from the daily refill).
  • Token packs — buy more anytime from the Buy tokens page. They never expire.

Your balance is always shown in the top-right corner and on your dashboard.

Fresh posts for your Google Business Profile that keep your listing active. Costs ⚡ 2. You'll be asked for: business name, what's the post about?, tone.

📄 Service Page Copy

Complete, SEO-aware copy for a service page on your website. Costs ⚡ 5. You'll be asked for: business name, service, service area / city, key details to include.

✨ Social Caption

Scroll-stopping captions for Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn. Costs ⚡ 2. You'll be asked for: platform, what are you posting?, tone, include hashtags?.

⭐ Review Response

Professional replies to customer reviews - good or bad. Costs ⚡ 1. You'll be asked for: business name, paste the customer review, this review is.

📧 Email / Newsletter

A ready-to-send promotional or update email with subject lines. Costs ⚡ 4. You'll be asked for: business name, what's the email for?, tone.

🎯 Ad Copy

Headlines and body text for Google or Facebook ads. Costs ⚡ 3. You'll be asked for: business name, the offer / service, ad platform.

Writing great prompts

The AI is only as good as what you tell it. A few habits make a big difference:

  • Be specific. "Fall cleanup special, 15% off through November, free estimates" beats "a post about fall."
  • Include the details that matter — prices, dates, phone numbers, what makes you different.
  • Pick the right tone. Friendly for most local businesses; Professional for B2B; Urgent for limited-time offers.
  • Don't love the result? Generate again. Each run is a fresh take. Small changes to your input change the output a lot.
  • Always skim before you post. The AI is a strong first draft — give it a quick human read for anything time-sensitive or factual.

Billing

Token packs are one-time purchases processed securely by Stripe. You'll be taken to Stripe's checkout to pay, then returned here. Tokens are added to your account automatically once payment clears (usually instantly).

There's no subscription and nothing recurring — you only pay when you choose to top up. For a receipt or a billing question, email [email protected].

Troubleshooting

My generation failed or timed out
The AI was briefly unreachable or busy. Wait a moment and hit Generate again — you're not charged when a generation fails.
I didn't get my verification code
Check your spam/junk folder first. Codes expire after 15 minutes — use "Resend code" to get a fresh one.
My tokens didn't update after buying
Give it a few seconds and refresh. If it still hasn't updated after a minute, email support with your account email and we'll sort it.
The result isn't quite right
Add more detail to your input and generate again. The more context you give, the better the output.

Frequently asked questions

Is my content private?
Yes. Your generations are tied to your account and only visible to you (and, for support, an admin).
Do tokens expire?
Purchased tokens never expire. The free daily top-up refills up to a daily cap.
Can I use the content commercially?
Absolutely — it's yours to use for your business however you like. Always give it a quick review first.
Can I add my own content types?
Admins can. New tools are added in the app's configuration — see the setup guide.
How do I become an admin / add one?
An existing admin can promote any registered user from the Admin panel.
